9 Digit Number – The Matrix

In the Commercial world, there are two sides to the public and private. There are public debts and private debts, says the fiat dollar. As far as 9 digit numbers, there is no difference between the public set of numbers that comes from the IRS with the SS4 application.  Call IRS (267)941-1099 to get an EIN

Sending registered mail to the all caps name and signing the green card (USPS form 3811) with your proper noun name as “Grantee” upon delivery, creates your registration number for your private trust.

(The Post Office keeps the record of this registered mail number with copy that they hold.)

Pay for ALL the stamps to send this with a postal money order. Keep this receipt. You are paying with real money by using the money order. (Stamps and money orders are real money).

The envelope is addressed To: “YOUR FULL NAME” and regular address (no “c/o”)

From: “Your Full Name” and address (I used “c/o” and regular address)

(I used a #10 envelope, but it was “crowded” placing all the stamps on the envelope.)

I used a 3 cent stamp on the envelope additionally and cancelled this stamp by signing and dating this ONE stamp.

This USPS Registered Mail number becomes your private trust number. Be sure to keep this.

Fill out form 3806 “Receipt for Registered Mail”:

From: “Your Full Name” and address (I used “c/o” and regular address)

To: “YOUR FULL NAME” and regular address (no “c/o”)

Fill out the green card, form 3811:

Sender: “Your Full Name” and address (I used “c/o” and regular address)

To: “YOUR FULL NAME” and regular address (no “c/o”).

Be sure to write “Grantee” upon delivery in Sec. A. Signature on a green card.

Print “Your Full Name” in Sec. B on green card

This action registers your private trust on the private side.

You will only need to show the first and last page of your private trust indenture.

This proves that the trust was created by you and “state shall not impair obligations of contracts.”
