The Clean Up / Pruning

THE CLEAN UP/ PRUNING Day 1

Pruning is a horticulturalarboricultural and silvicultural practice involving the selective removal of certain parts of a plant, such as branchesbuds, or roots.

The practice entails the targeted removal of diseased, damaged, dead, non-productive, structurally unsound, or otherwise unwanted plant material from crop and landscape plants.

Pruning your plants  forces the nutrients to go where yo want it to go back to the top of the plant to make large leaves and buds. Make sure you have airflow and light penetration through the canopy. Be sure to use clean blades.

pruning is needed at the beginning of their Flower cycle. Remove  all the fan leaves. It allows light to get where its needed and your not wasting nutrients on parts of the plant you wont use.

Select the largest fan leaves and follow the neck of the leaf to the stalk and cut at the base.

You will do this day 1 of flower and day 20.
